Axe Throwing FAQ

Axe throwing is very safe! It is important that you listen to and follow all the safety rules, but if you do, it is a very safe sport. It is one of the safest throwing experiences you can have, as our targets are easier to stick (so you don’t have to throw as hard), and our safety-designed target system helps minimize bounces!

The minimum age to throw axes is age 13. Minors must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian signed waiver.

Walk-ins are welcome during regular business hours. However, we highly recommend booking your reservation online to make sure you have a lane!

CLOSED-TOE SHOES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.   No one will be permitted to participate without the proper shoes.   So, no flip flops, bare feet, sandals, etc. For the rest of your body, loose comfortable clothing is a good idea. Picture the throwing motion, so you will not want to wear anything that restricts that movement.

Up to four throwers per axe throwing lane. 

We have 10 projected target lanes.  

There is limited space in the throwing areas, but if you keep the spectators to a minimum, that should be fine. Keep in mind that virtually anyone can participate – from age 13 and above! No reason they should not join in the fun!

If you have four throwers, you will have a lane to yourself. If less than four, we don’t reserve an entire lane. If we are busy, you will have other throwers on your lane. If we aren’t busy, we will do our best to keep you separate.

You are welcome to bring outside food. We now have our beer license, so bring in your food, and get a cold one here!

We require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your reservation.
